Based in South Bend, Indiana, Mike Presnal is President of MCE, Inc. Mike co-founded MCE with Edwin Presnal in 1994. Since 1994, Mike has successfully acquired 4 office equipment service companies to expand MCE’s geographical footprint and breadth of equipment serviced. Mike’s day to day roll involves creating the culture of the “positive customer experience”. He has adopted lean management systems to assist in this quest. The net result equals an organization that is constantly changing and constantly improving .
Tony Rincon

Is responsible for making sure the promises made by the sales team come true. He oversees the service department, order fulfillment, and managed print operations.
