About Our Service
When you call our service department, you will be greeted by a certified technician ready to diagnose your printer or MFP problem.
If we can provide a solution over the phone to get you up and running, we will do so. If a service call is required, we will arrive with the necessary parts based on our diagnosis.
We perform over 2,500 service calls per year and have serviced nearly 6,000 devices throughout the business community. Our South Bend printer service is driven by improvement. We take care of clients all over Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. All service calls are evaluated and performance is constantly reviewed. Whether it is a break/fix service call or you are one of our many Managed Print Service customers, you will get outstanding service and great customer care.
